This standard I-Beam Bridge crosses County Road 426 and the Escanaba & Lake Superior Railroad in Wells.
Built in approximately 1950, the bridge has a standard two span I-Beam design.
The bridge sits on stone abutments, and has a steel stringer center pier. It appears to be in good condition.
It has been ranked as having local significance due to the extremely common design, however it is a rather old span.
